He's A Shoo-In Then...

A leadership candidate for one of Britain's biggest trade unions has been suspended by Labour and allegedly reported to the police for a hate crime after he called for Priti Patel to be deported.

Heh! He'll probably win now!

How nice to see them hoist of the petard they've spent so long building...

The fallout came as huge crowds cheered and applauded yesterday when two Indian men, initially detained by Border Force officials in an immigration van, were eventually released by police following a stand-off with hundreds of protesters.

No-one should really be surprised by this, should they?

Gurinder Singh Josan, a member of Labour's ruling National Executive Committee who is also a Unite member, tweeted: 'Howard showing his true colours?
'I totally disagree on pretty much everything with Priti Patel but this is simply dog whistle racism against a woman of colour. Delete this now!'
Mr Beckett initially refused to back down, arguing that his tweet was 'about society being able to do without anyone who promotes racism'.

Which is clearly what you are doing, by the very standards you've demanded everyone else be hald to...

A Home Office spokesperson said: 'The UK Government is tackling illegal immigration and the harm it causes, often to the most vulnerable people by removing those with no right to be in the UK.
'The operation in Glasgow was conducted in relation to suspected immigration offences and the two Indian nationals complied with officers at all times.
'The UK Government continues to tackle illegal migration in all its forms and our New Plan for Immigration will speed up the removal of those who have entered the UK illegally.'

If only we had a body of people in this country whose job it is to uphold the law! Instead, we have cowards in blue:

A Police Scotland statement said Superintendent Mark Sutherland had decided to release the detained men 'in order to protect the safety, public health and wellbeing of those involved in the detention and subsequent protest'.

We'll see more of this now. When they come for the van transporting murderers and rapists to court, what will you say then, Sutherland?

Avoid the test, the jab and vaxxed people like the plague

Chap called Rob Colbert, via Rossa's mother [we'd been continually discussing testing and vaxxes, let alone the blogging, tweeting and gabbing] - he posted this:

I was really sick for about 48 hours, vomited 3 times total, slept, and have been mostly fine. Have been "under the weather" for a couple days since, but overall fine. I'm just tired a lot, but I guess I'm still fighting off some untested cocktail of biological nonsense.

No breathing problems. That's been fine. Have a family history of COPD as a mostly ex-smoker (my mother died from COPD). Cough isn't horrible for me. It's just there. I've mostly just been sleeping it off.

Never had a fever that registered. Never felt like I had a fever.

Do I know what the hell happened? No.

Do I want you stay away from the recently vaccinated? Absolutely. Staying away from the recently vaxxed seems very smart, indeed.

I personally now know that the Pfizer vaccine absolutely causes "shedding" and you're taking a risk you can avoid. Keep away from people who get the vaccines and especially the Pfizer. I can tell you right now from personal experience: They can make you sick.

He later posted:

My neighbor, who received both Pfizer shots, saw a video on Gab of magnets sticking to people's arms where they got the shot. He doesn't own a magnet and asked if we had one. I do. We use magnets to hold things on our refrigerator. So, they're not crazy industrial magnets. And, my neighbor is not greasy or messed up.

A magnet taken from my refrigerator sticks to my neighbor's arm. It only sticks to his arm. And, it only sticks to the location where he got the shot. It doesn't stick above it, below it, to the sides, his other arm, or anywhere else. It only sticks exactly where he got the shot.

He's a private person. There won't be a video. I - am simply done questioning. I just watched a magnet stick to the spot on my neighbor's arm where he got the vaccine.

Note from Rossa's mother who's deep within the NHS system right now:

Dr Tenpenny is saying that the people who will die from the vaxx will be in up to 2 years down the track not straightaway.

This accords with what we're seeing too - there was talk of months down the track for the bad things to start.  Truly, it is absolute insanity to succumb to these bstds and their pressure to poison ourselves and thereafter others around us.

Liverpool's Gain Is Scotland's Loss...

A racist nan headbutted her neighbour for "constantly" ringing a communal doorbell after he lost his key.
Nakita Sullivan, 35...
*blinks*
...screamed down an intercom at Aaroon Azim, warning: "Stop ringing my f***ing doorbell."
The gran-of-one marched downstairs where she let the "vulnerable" resident in and confronted him with a hammer. Liverpool Crown Court heard she headbutted him the face, before hurling a racial slur at him as she returned to her flat.

Lovely!

Sullivan was previously jailed over a vicious gang attack, when she and her boyfriend battered a student for no reason.
But she walked free from court after saying she wanted to start a new life in Scotland with her grandson.

Ah, well. She'll fit right in, I'm sure...

Eminent Domain

A fancy name, in Americanese, for compulsory purchase.  Two starter articles:

Historically, compulsory purchases were carried out under the Inclosure Acts and their predecessors, where enclosurewas frequently a method of expropriating people from common land for the benefit of barons and landlords.

The 1845 Act operates by the United Kingdom parliament passing a special Act authorising the construction project.[6] The special Act would signal parliament's approval to a specific project requiring compulsory purchase.[7] The detailed procedural provisions for the compulsory purchase itself are carried out by incorporating the 1845 Act into a subsequent private Act.[8] Therefore, the 1845 Act provides a common framework upon which compulsory purchase procedures are obtained.

For a fuller understanding in both cases, the Wiki articles give an idea.

Operative word is “complex” and Human Rights limitations are interesting, given the UK’s new relationship with Europe.  Hence it behoves us to know that.

If you look at the last two acts in there concerning the UK, the AIFMR and the Immigration Act 2014 are interesting.  For the indigenous, the AIFMR is most interesting.
More than 900 properties worth nearly £600m have been bought by the company responsible for delivering High Speed Rail 2 (HS2), figures show. ... The £56bn high-speed rail line is designed to boost the UK's economy by cutting journey times between London and the Midlands and the north of England.

Point to this post?  Well, HS2 is certainly a high profile case but look once again at that last quoted Act, from 2014.  Consider the renting of hotel rooms and the wider dispersal of said personages throughout the land.  Consider the legal complexities for those losing before the juggernaut.

And finally, do you consider Boris of the Overwhelming Mandate a safe pair of hands, safeguarding your best interests, given the whisperings of his pillow-pal Carrie?  Whom most people returned in the last GE and the implosion of Labour in the last few days.

Think on’t.

They Don't Like It Up 'Em!

A New Zealand man who began drawing very large penises around the potholes in his home city of Auckland in 2018 in the hopes of attracting the attention of his local council has been...

Given the freedon of the city? Showered with praise by motorists?

...threatened with police action.
Ah. Of course..
Upson received a call from police last week, following a complaint over the his graffiti, the New Zealand Herald reported, which Auckland council says poses “a safety risk and distraction” to drivers, as well as being dangerous to carry out, according to Stuff.

Don't potholes pose a much bigger safety eisk and distration to drivers then..?

Farewell; my Lovely!

I write, with deep regret, that my wife Jacqueline died late Saturday.

53 years of marriage, as if in the blinking of an eye

Farewell, indeed, My Lovely.

Heading Off Trouble At The Pass...

Montana’s governor has signed a bill that bans transgender athletes from competing on school and university sports teams that correspond with their gender.
Predictably, the usual suspects got up on their hind legs and barked like trained seals:
“If you look at the legislature’s justification for advancing the transgender sports ban, they could cite not one instance where transgender participation in athletics has been a problem or caused conflict,” said Alex Rate, legal director of ACLU of Montana.

Not in Montana, yet? Well, it won't be long...

A female New Zealand Olympic weightlifter says women complaining about transgender athlete Laurel Hubbard competing in the Tokyo Games are being told to 'be quiet'.

Yeah, you aren't reading it wrong - it says 'post' not 'pre'!

So the governor is being forward-looking. What's wrong with that?

The ratchet

Why we will ALWAYS lose.

Need to say that both these ladies below are in the family way - Rebecca [and the other one not here, sometimes vlogging, Robyn the Canadian] have had progeny recently, Brittany has a bun in the oven now.

Their perspective in producing and raising children in these latter, dystopian days - well if anyone's qualified to speak on that, they are.  That's the first part of this post:

Some key points in the discursive nattering of the gals include:

#  Blonde Rebecca is not sure she's 'patriotic' to America now in the sense that if the left can so easily ride roughshod over the Constitution, then maybe the Constitution was not all that strong in the first place in protecting America.

And The Answer Is....

..."Yes, she's the reason you're behaving like this and expecting to get away with it.":

Matthew Mawhinney, 29, became rowdy on the flight home from filming the second series of Netflix dating show Too Hot to Handle in the Caribbean on February 7.
The defendants became abusive after being repeatedly told to put facemasks on and being informed that the captain had decided they should not be served any more alcohol.
In a hearing at Uxbridge Magistrates' Court on Friday, prosecutor Christelle McCracken told the court that stewardesses Heather Wenn and Sophie Griffiths had been the target of most of the abuse.
When Ms Wenn told Mawhinney he would not be getting any more drinks, he told her: 'Go and f****** look up who my mum is – Baroness Scotland, I'm a gold card holder – go and get me a drink.'

Lovely!

District Judge Deborah Wright said the three defendants behaved with a 'profound sense of entitlement without any regard for the crew or any of the other passengers on the flight'.

I wonder where they could possibly have got that from

Mohamed Reza Ally, for Johnson and Greenslade, said: 'They are aware that things are not going to be easy in relation to the publicity.
'This behaviour on any view is wholly out of character, and in my submission that should be born in mind.'
I guess you didn't learn any Latin in law school, then? Like 'In vino veritas'..?
Each defendant was fined £1,500, ordered to pay £500 each to Ms Wenn and Ms Griffiths, and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £150 and £85 costs for their abusive behaviour.
They were ordered to pay a further £100 for refusing to put on their masks when told to by the captain.

It's chickenfeed, to people like this.
