Even When They Target Celebrities...

...the State refuses to get rid:
An Algerian teenager who threatened to decapitate TV host Aled Jones and tried to steal Bridgerton actress Genevieve Chenneour's mobile phone has admitted to machete robberies
Zacariah Boulares was 16 when he ambushed Songs Of Praise star Jones in Chiswick High Road, west London, in 2023 - threatening to cut off his head after snatching his £17,000 Daytona Rolex watch.

And it was only the first of his crimes in this country.

He is serving a 22-month prison sentence for an incident in February last year when he tried to steal Chenneour's mobile phone at a branch of Joe & The Juice on Kensington High Street.
He robbed Mark Turner in Kensington Square Gardens, west London, on August 9 2023. He struck again ten days later in a failed bid to steal a Rolex watch from Neil Tallantire outside Waitrose in Porchester Road, Bayswater, west London.

But every reign of crime comes to an end temporary halt in modern Britain:

On Friday at Southwark Crown Court, Judge Alexander Milne KC adjourned the cases for a psychological assessment of Boulares and a probation report on 'dangerousness' to be finalised for the sentencing hearing.

What does he think that will tell him that he hasn’t already heard in open court? Can’t he make a judgement? Isn’t that what we pay him for?

Judge Martin Edmunds KC, the Recorder of Kensington and Chelsea, told a sentencing hearing how Boulares had targeted wealthy areas for 'rich pickings'. The judge described the defendant's approach as a 'systematic pattern of stealing from people as they are enjoying a meal or refreshment at a restaurant'. Mr Edmunds told Boulares: 'You seem to be plagued by an attitude that if people can afford nice things, then you can take them
'It's clear you are completely willing to use violence when challenged, and it's a matter of the deepest regret that individuals have been left feeling they don't want to come to London or they should leave London.'

Those ‘individuals’ feel that way because people like Boulares feel entitled to come to London, are in fact welcomed in by the same idiot celebs who fall prey to them!

The court heard Boulares has already accumulated 12 convictions for 28 offences, including violence, threatening behaviour, weapon possession and theft.

Of course, without spending a day longer in jail that it took to process him.

The attack on Jones happened when Boulares was too young to be publicly identified.

A clear menace to the public, but the public can’t know to look out for danger, because his rights are more important that public safety.

Boulares was sentenced to a 24-month youth detention and training order.

And it was effective as it always is, which is to say not at all, except to keep sociology graduates in jobs.

This Is Why The Migrant Hotel Protests Must Continue

A drunk Somali asylum seeker who spat at a police officer while staying in a migrant hotel has avoided punishment.

Who is surprised? The so-called justice system bends over backwards to excuse these savages.

The asylum seeker was said to have been inebriated, having downed half a bottle of vodka and beers, and officers called in backup to restrain him.

Aren't most Somalis Muslim?

As PC Browning took hold of Momad, the defendant launched a volley of spit which landed on his hand, Poole Magistrates' Court heard. The migrant, who continues to stay at the historic hotel despite being in the country for five years, was then arrested for assault on an emergency worker.

Here for five years and still not denied asylum. Is there anything slower than the asylum system in this country?

He pleaded guilty to the offence at court, where it was heard he was already serving a six-week suspended prison sentence for a religiously aggravated assault on a member of the public.

*sigh*

But because his latest offence took place before he was sentenced for the earlier offence in March, it was not taken into consideration as the magistrates issued their sanction.
Their 'Sanction' being ... nothing at all.
'He is an asylum seeker who gets quite depressed as he is not allowed to work. He has been in the UK since 2020 and accepts he has a problem with drink.'

Then deport him back to his Muslim, dry country - two problems solved!

As of last month, there were some 91 criminal charges against migrants staying at the two hotels. It's a similar picture at the nearby Chine Hotel, a mile away, where another 25 charges against migrants were brought following a spate of alleged crimes in the town. A total of 116 charges were brought against 51 asylum seekers living across the three hotels near the seafront.

These hotel protests aren't going away, while this situation continues.

You’d Think Working There, They’d Be Better At Any such Cover Up

After all, they have so much data to draw on of how it's done, and even more, how it’s not done and can result in you getting caught, thanks to the people they deal with daily:
The body running courts in England and Wales has been accused of a cover-up, after a leaked report found it took several years to react to an IT bug that caused evidence to go missing, be overwritten or appear lost.

Wait, isn’t that likely to mean justice hasn’t been served? Reader, indeed so…

Sources within HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) say that as a result, judges in civil, family and tribunal courts will have made rulings on cases when evidence was incomplete.

Shouldn’t that worry those engaged in administering justice? Yes, it should. Yet it doesn’t appear to have done so…

The internal report, leaked to the BBC, said HMCTS did not know the full extent of the data corruption, including whether or how it had impacted cases, as it had not undertaken a comprehensive investigation. It also found judges and lawyers had not been informed, as HMCTS management decided it would be "more likely to cause more harm than good".

Cause more harm to whom? Well, one has to assume they mean ‘the managers of HMCTS', and not those facing trial!

HMCTS says its internal investigation found no evidence that "any case outcomes were affected as a result of these technical issues".

Did they actually look for any?

The Social Security and Child Support (SSCS) Tribunal - which handles benefit appeals - is thought to have been most affected.

Well, we all know who will benefit from this, don’t we Reader? That’s right. Lawyers.

A Different Type Of Grooming...

...but it should surely attract the same penalties:
Two baby-faced schoolboys who murdered a 14-year-old air cadet after he was 'exploited' into dealing cannabis have today been unmasked by a judge. Kyle Dermody was also just 14 when he stabbed his former friend Nathaniel Shani in the neck following a row over drugs. He was last month given a life sentence after being convicted of his murder alongside Trey Stewart-Gayle, who was only 13 and armed with a screwdriver.
Following an application by the media, a judge today lifted a ban on publishing their names, saying there was a 'substantial public interest' in understanding how such young children could commit a fatal knife attack.

I don't think any of us don't understand it, actually. None of our hallowed institutions - government, police, church, community, social cohesion - account for much anymore. And this is the inevitable result.

We’ve seen too much of it over the last few years - and too much of the laxity greeting such crimes from our so-called criminal justice system - to claim we don’t understand it.

Mrs Justice Ellenbogen previously said that 'sadly it is no longer shocking' for such a young child to be murdered by boys of his age. Detectives have previously revealed how Nathaniel's tragic death last September illustrated how easily children from loving, supportive families can be sucked into a deadly inner-city underworld.
After both were convicted of murder following a trial at Manchester Crown Court, the pair were given life sentences last month. Dermody, now 15, will serve a minimum term of 13 years in custody while Stewart-Gayle, now 14, will have to serve a minimum of 10 years.

See..? Is that really a punishment that fits the crime?

The police seem unaccountably sympathetic to. well, not the victim, of course, but the perpetrators:

DCI Brennand claimed Nathaniel and his friends were victims of 'child exploitation', saying 'they don't have the skills to know otherwise'.
'They might think it's cool, but they're not.
'They're just acting for someone else and being exploited. It happens every day, on streets of inner cities in the UK. And this is why children start to carry knives.
'It's awful, absolutely awful, it's devastating.
'These are vulnerable children who can't make decisions, who might want some money for a new pair of trainers, and so they start doing things because someone has approached them.'

Now do decisions on transgender surgery or medication, chum 😏
