Danger Is In Their Job Description, Judge...

Sentencing was adjourned because Richards refused to leave his cell. He refused to do so again today when he was jailed for life.
Judge Jeremy Richardson KC told Sheffield Crown Court: 'I regard the refusal of the defendant to attend court to be an act of cowardice. His arrogance is also demonstrated by this conduct.
'It is plain the defendant is replete with habitual violence. It is deeply ingrained. He is, in my judgment, an exceptionally volatile and dangerous man.
'I have my doubts whether it will ever be safe to release him.'

So, why not have him dragged before the court, as you can do?

He added that he was 'not prepared to endanger the lives of prison officers to secure his attendance' by exercising the powers available to him.

It still needs addressing

… despite all attempts at cynical namecalling, introducing draconian crackdowns on dissent, and trying to destroy people for defending their home.

First, in random order, the golly pub.  To my mind, were you introduced to a Thomas Sowell, for example, or a Ben Carson, would you shake his hand? Would you exchange pleasantries, as long as the other has cred, has done it the right way, is aligned with the society’s culture? Would you be friendly towards a gurkha?

If you can’t, then there’s a sticking point, no? Were there, hypothetically, a deathcult within the land, trying to take over your society, to groom, rape, mutilate, wail at 6 a.m. through tannoys in the street and were there a second group bitterly opposed to this, famous for their curries, would you see these latter ones as maybe your allies … and yet not in massive numbers, certainly not the unelected PM of your land.

So, what to make of this one:

Moving on … what if the pictures of the boats show, not the type of family promo dishonestly put out by Care but rather fighting age young men, due to be housed up and down the UK at a time of severe housing crisis?

Yesterday I was speaking to a local mother who is being allowed to live above a shop for a few weeks as she does not have a home … in our area, flats are at a huge premium right now and social housing still needs to be paid for at around £450 a month minimum.

So, locals are going to have certain views on all this, are they not?

And here is the very intellectual dishonesty spoken of … the accompanying picture of a forlorn family fleeing wartorn wherever is a fiction, a canard … the boat and beach pics tell an entirely different tale:

And it’s not as if the issue is just the UK, is it?

Yes, it’s what happens as the result of policy and measures. Uneasy coexistence soon becomes resentment.  Then we get to the question of the quality of those pouring in:

And here it is for all to see … here are the miscreants, the real ones causing the breakdown and division, under the guise of compassion:

Stop Talking, And Start Fining...

Officials have launched renewed talks with Deliveroo, JustEat and UberEats after a week-long operation saw 60 moped riders held for illegal working. Most of them have now been detained pending removal from the country.

Ah, the 'immigrants who are vital to our economy' again, I see...

Follow-up searches uncovered two imitation guns, a machete and a telescopic baton, a Home Office spokesman said. Telescopic, or ‘friction-lock’, batons can be flicked out to use as a cosh, and are banned under offensive weapons laws.
The operation also found evidence that legitimate moped riders were sharing delivery jobs with acquaintances - usually by the WhatsApp messaging service - and allowing them to carry out the work, the spokesman added.

And what are the authorities doing to ensure these companies take steps to crack down on their employees?

‘We are in conversations with the delivery app companies to try to improve their engagement with the rules on carrying our right to work checks,’ the spokesman said.

Respect

It's pretty slanted and yet not wrong:

Iowa Mother Sentenced to Five Months in Prison for Walking Peacefully Inside US Capitol

The thing which struck me with the entire J6 disgrace by the pollies is how, whilst being the lowest moral, cackling creatures on God's earth themselves, they heavily rely on the sanctity and holiness of the Institution set up by people worthy of some respect, the one they've hijacked and are now hellbent on destroying ... and they invoke all the formidable power of that once respected institution ... in a focussed and draconian way, in order to protect their unworthy selves.

And one of those ways is demanding, by legislation, Respect from us for these worst lowlifes on earth, as humans ... not just for themselves but for all agents of depravity in the society ... their favourite victims being children themselves.

They build fences and high walls around themselves, skulk in and out via back passages or strut and prance about like a soyboy Trudeau, surrounded by heavily armed, myrmidon thugs who go into the streets and beat up the softest targets they can find ... until stopped by molotov cocktails.

The previous post at OoL clearly shows scant "respect" for these lowlifes occupying positions they're unworthy of ... and that raises the whole question of "respect". At both ends of the political spectrum is extremism ... one end martinets demanding pledges for God, Queen and country, whilst their private lives and greed are a disgrace ... and at the other, the feckless loons such as these extreme climate disruptors, Antifa ... take your pick.

Obviously, as a sound rule of thumb, those loudly demanding respect, responding to the lack of it with heavyhandedness, are the least worthy and should in no way be accorded said Respect.

In the centre, observing all this, are the moderate but deeply annoyed folk saying, quite openly:

"You will be accorded respect according to do your deeds and to how much respect you accord to us, in proportion to how much we, ourselves, are worthy of it."

I was a Wolf Cub as a child and had to pledge loyalty to God, Queen and country, interpreted by them as respect for pollies by those in authority ... and very early on therefore, even as a child, it was a case of "you act in a fair, firm and friendly way, with concern for those of us you administer, and you'll have my respect and loyalty, no question.  But show scant regard for me, and you've made yourself a new enemy, chum".

Translated into blogging terms, my view is that you're only as good as your last few posts.  There's no magical holy status ... it has to be earned, daily and weekly. That is an unsettling stance for those who have kicked and scraped their way into Badges of Office, celebrity and fortune, trampling over their grandmothers along the way.

Whither the monarchy?

In a hushed whisper, as many of my friends now shunning me are ardent royalists, may I say I’m not averse to a constitutional monarchy per se … just not this particular shower of clowns.

Have a wonderful coronary coronation all you chaps and chapesses of impeccable grooming. I’ll be out giving nurses the clap.

Sums Up The NHS To A 'T', Doesn't It?

A woman who suffered a miscarriage has been fined by the NHS for claiming a free prescription during her pregnancy.

Wait, what?

Sadie Hawkes lost her baby before she had received the maternity exemption certificate that entitled her to free prescriptions throughout her pregnancy and the first year after birth. She has now been sent a demand for £56.10 for medication issued the week before her miscarriage. She’s been told that she can’t apply for a certificate retrospectively as she is no longer pregnant.

/facepalm

Hawkes is one of thousands of women in England to have fallen foul of NHS red tape which penalises patients who qualify for free prescriptions because of a medical condition or pregnancy, but who have not yet been registered for, or have failed to show, an exemption certificate.

And they will pursue them to the ends of the earth, unlike other debts...

“The PCN [penalty charge notice] arrived on a day when I was feeling particularly ill and low [after] the miscarriage,” the 33-year-old veterinary nurse said. “It made me feel like a fraudster. I immediately called the NHSBSA and explained the circumstances to a robotic woman with zero compassion who said I was no longer eligible for a certificate because I was no longer pregnant. I was told the fine, but not the prescription charge, could only be waived if I got proof of pregnancy from my GP. That was really distressing to have to do, and made me feel I wasn’t being believed. It was the worst phone call of my life.”

Maybe move these robots onto the foreigner's debt department where they can perhaps do some good?

Et tu, Kemi?

First, consider:

There was a time when voting Tory, as against the detestable SNP in parlmt, was the done thing and in fact, under Boris, it was indeed done at the GE. The official bete noire … Corbyn or Starmer, Momentum for example … well no self respecting person would (cough).

Call Me Pigboy Dave was the first really openly appalling PM in a while … around 2007, I for one woke up as he rammed through his rainbow agenda and that sickening spectacle with Cleggover on the lawn was … er … sickening.  The rest you know.

May, with her shifty eyes and detestable values, wrecked Brexit, which had been voted for precisely to push British, not EU interests … fat chance with Gove doing his worst in camera (Gollum on the gossip line) … and was zipwire Johnson going to buck all that and implement a real Brexit?

Was he hell. Also, remember the poison dwarf and wife? The berk doing his worst?

So we found ourselves in an invidious position in this country. Greens? Hardly. LibDums? Risible.  Who else?

Weeelll, there was UKIP, yes? Big noise at the Euros, boy dun well, despite his predilection for a pint and a bit of skirt, then came Carswell and the wrecking crew, Hamilton, then came TBP and Nigel’s sellout. Until that moment, things had been looking up.

Had they not?  Um … er … 🤔.

Two close friends of mine at the time, in that genteel, vaguely conservative milieu where they never voted but did like their local non-Tory conservative … weeelll, that was becoming increasingly untenable, wasn’t it?

Andrea briefly seemed to be the gal of the hour but one glance at her personal life told me that, much as it was none of my business, it still made her very shaky as a leader, just as with forty something day Liz, the vacuous shell Penny Mordor … and then there was Kemi … making all the right noises.

Sigh.

Codswallop? You can Banks on it!

Could it have gone any other way?

He did not need the money, though it was a nice amount for the Christmas presents, if in fact he celebrates it. Oh … charity … right, let’s think of a worthy charity for the funds?  Should they ever be paid. No, this whole thing is a lesson in futility.

Banks, for a start, is of a certain historical background which is going to extract its pound of flesh, come what may.  Yet it’s nowt to do with the quality of mercy in the end, it’s all to do with the mocking Guardian hack herself and the utter arrogance of this non-comp who could not believe for a second that she was not protected … she was as safe as houses, she was assured that it warr so by the globo whisperers who run her … she was somehow defending free speech in that convoluted globoWoke, topsy turvy world of the left.

Until they abandoned a lost cause and discovered an ancient force equal to and just as ruthless as a WEFer.  One which knows how to play the game, takes no prisoners and has all the time in the world, which Li’l Miss Impatience in her pumped up Anglo pride has zero concept of, just as with Micron, Soyboy and even the Permagrin PM in Westminster.

Plus Arron is a man Randy Newman might have sung about.  I like him … both Arron and Randy … he’s not the type to mess with … has Codswallop never heard of Bonaparte? Churchill and Stalin at Yalta? Starmer?  You just don’t mess with them unless you enjoy protracted struggles caught in a trap, wriggling and writhing. The trapper is going to take his time and enjoy this.

Quite apart from the official reason given of course … the precious right to “free speech”.

Ah yes … free speech.

Civil disobedience

This was from yesterday but still vital to bear in mind:

“Our man in France’s translation is attached. It’s started in France, the civil disobedience. Micron’s and Soy Boy’s vicious intransigence, trampling on ordinary people, is coming back to them. It takes one person to oppress, a multitude to comply.”

Ladies and gentlemen, I’m by nature a warrior but we really must become wiser, more subtle. Any overt, individually-identifiable act sees that poor sod arrested … but mass non-cooperation, quite unpredictable, not telegraphed or choreographed … ah, that’s another thing again. Deprive the monsters of scapegoats.

This is NOT cowardice on your part, esp. with families to protect … it’s smarter thinking.

Some of us are already on the list for reprisals but most of you are relatively unknown. You can make a huge difference when things, which seem minor and piecemeal, start to go wrong for Them above.  If operatives of, say, CP, can stay hidden, doing their bureaucratic worst, then so can you.

The true Cowardice of Left Wing Corporate America

I honestly don’t go looking for inspiration for my writings on the so-called Racist thinking in both British and American stores, they fall over themselves with the sheer stupidity of (mainly Black, but some White) pearls of lunacy.

I first saw this strange cowardice related to stores in America which catered to the cosmetic and other embellishments of Black female shoppers. It seems as though some Black female shoppers took a strong dislike to the store’s policy regarding theft. One woman claimed she had to wait ten minutes before an employee located a key, unlocked the glass barriers, and allowed her to select her choice, but was also "angry, sad, frustrated and humiliated all at the same time." because the employee held on to the product, and escorted her to the cash till.

Now you can maybe see why I termed these snippets ‘Black Pearls’, because to me at least, they are priceless. Here is a store management which rightly proposes to minimise theft of items which are correctly seen as high risk of theft, by restricting access to those items.

It seemingly is a fact of Black Female America that many Black women wish to use, scrape on, or wear these cosmetics; the reasons for this urge are unknown, because you cannot make yourself more ’alluring’ or indeed ‘youthful; despite all the advertising garbage sprinkled liberally across our tv screens; but, because many of these items are highly priced, are also targets for shoplifting because, unfortunately, many if not most Black women, do not have the cash, but therefore steal those items anyway.

But here’s the really stupid part, because the senior management caved in, and ordered the store staff to unlock the cosmetics; so the thefts continued unabated!

But time passes by, and the lunacies of the Left continue. Many Democratic Party-controlled American cities have loosened almost to destruction the laws on theft, assault, rape and many other criminal offences. The District Attorneys, the people who shape the judicial rule, many funded by the hard-left billionaire George Soros, are literally abolishing the cash bail system, thus allowing criminals who have been lawfully arrested to walk almost within hours of their arrest.

The news channels are full of details about major retailers, names such as Walmart, Walgreens, Home Depot, Target, which are reporting store closures, but are remarkably silent when it comes to the reasons. Two huge Walmarts in Portland, Oregon have closed down almost simultaneously, with very little notice, The big-box retailer said it would close the stores on March 24, as sales have not met expectations.

There’s just one problem with that statement; its just not true. The real reason? The out and out theft, thieves walking brazenly out the door, laden down with stolen goods and produce; and the store security just stands by impotently, because if they stop someone, and call the cops, the security guys will probably end up being arrested for harassment.

The big Corporations will not speak the truth, and speak the real truth about the closures; because the lunacy of never, ever, blaming the Black criminals, male and female, who are in the majority of those who are thieving so much that the insurance companies are stating, bluntly:,”You are becoming uninsurable, because of the avalanche of mainly Black criminals wreaking havoc with your stock.”
