Bad Laws...

For years, Sweeney has run the accounts to track the jet use of public figures and measure their carbon footprints. Sweeney’s coverage, which uses publicly available data from Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and broadcast signals from aircrafts, has been widely praised and earned the 21-year-old a Forbes 30 under 30 nod.

And can't the slebs do anything about someone exposing their hypocrisy? Well, no. Not if it's public information.

Oh, hang on!

Swift’s lawyers sent a cease-and-desist letter to Jack Sweeney, a University of Central Florida student who runs several social media accounts tracking the private jet use of Swift and other public figures, the Washington Post first reported this week.

So...how?

...Swift’s attorneys from the Washington-based law firm Venable accused Sweeney of engaging in “stalking and harassing behavior” over his tracking of Swift’s jet activity.

The real horror of leftism …

... even the soft "left liberalism" or more strident "social democrats" ... is that it is always the politics of envy and therefore, inevitably, the dispossession of others.

Even the seemingly harmless term "the wealth", meaning the available figure which is the value of all assets, inc. cash, as if it's some great amount of moolah in society just waiting to be divided up favourably towards oneself and one's coterie ... that ignores the very nature of industriousness, creating wealth, the ownership of your own labour.

No matter how soft it seems, even disguised as "libertarianism", it still involves theft, unless it is "right libertarianism", i.e. the right to create wealth for yourself and your family, and for it to be safeguarded, and for it to enjoy healthy conditions for it to grow, in proportion.

There must be, in the system, the presence of "incentive" which, by definition, is killed by monopoly.

Just as a nation can survive and benefit from a small, sub 2% trickle of approved migrants ... when it becomes an invasion though ... different other thing ... so monopoly is the killing of competition, just as bad as leftism. In a way, the two are the same … taking from you and giving to the undeserving and/or profligately wasted on ideological schemes.

This is illustrated in this excerpt from the Fabian Bertrand Russell, a monster in human form in his 1953 book:

As that illustrates ... once they get a foothold in a country, such ideas … such a destructive mindset leads only one way ... to inevitable oblivion.

Are We Charging The Brother? If Not, Why Not?

The BBC is taking out an onion for illegal immigrants again:

Obada and Ayser were among five people who drowned, a few metres from the shore, on the coast of northern France that night - the first to die while trying to cross to the UK in a small boat in 2024, a fortnight into the new year. To try to understand how a child could be put in this situation, the BBC reconstructed Obada's journey from Syria - using videos, messages and interviews with the brothers' relatives and others who accompanied them. Our aim was to explore the wrenching decisions involved at every stage.

Oh, that was your aim, was it?

In his bedsit in west London, another of Obada's brothers, Nada, 25, kept glancing at his phone. It was 01:00 in London, 02:00 in France. A few hours earlier, Nada had called the whole group as they sat warming themselves around a fire at their makeshift camp under a canal bridge in Calais. They'd seemed confident about the journey ahead. Nada had made the same dangerous crossing two years earlier, ignoring his father, at home in Daraa, who had initially urged him to be patient, suggesting the war in Syria might soon end. Nada had chosen to travel to England because an uncle had already made the journey almost a decade earlier and been granted permission to remain. Both men had come illegally because, Nada said, there was no alternative.

And how did he repay this country? By encouraging more illegal immigration, of course. And now he has a foot in the door our own laws allow him to bring relatives legally

In October last year, Nada was granted refugee status and permission to remain in the UK for five years. He recently found a warehouse job near Wembley. He's now taking an English language course and hopes to bring his wife from Syria soon - something he is allowed to apply for as a refugee - and eventually to resume his law degree in England.

Which is the same aim his brother had:

A neighbour from Daraa, who was with Obada the night he drowned, backed that up. "He would reach Britain and reunite with his brother and soon after would bring his mother and father. That was the whole point of them leaving, so his father could seek medical treatment abroad," said the man, who asked us not to reveal his name. In fact, the plan was flawed from the start. Given that he already had an adult brother in London, Obada would not have been in a position, as a minor, to arrange for his parents to follow him legally.

Well, thank goodness for that! As it happened  he never made it, but why has the brother's asylum not been revisited in light of his collusion? If he's broken no laws in encouraging the child and failing to alert the authorities, it's an utter travesty.

The following evening, about 100 locals from Calais and a handful of migrants gathered in the town centre to hold a minute's silence for the five dead and to add Obada's and Ayser's names to a long scroll listing those who have died trying to cross the Channel in recent years.
"The biggest fault is the laws of Europe who make the life of the refugees impossible. Who give them not any rights. Who make their life here in Calais and all over the borders impossible. And we have to remember that. It is the fault of the European laws," a local French woman told the sombre crowd.

Sounds like France has its share of idiots too. Just like the UK.

The pitfalls which can trap us in snakepits

To say I was shocked by this inclusion from the enemy MSM is an understatement. First, my own position ...

To my mind, there are many negatives to DJT as Pres 47 but who else can break the nexus, show up the corrupt swamp? Vivek? From the outset though ...

nbcnews.com/politics/

... put the boot in by taking a slimy, misconstruing tone in order to undermine the one person they can't afford to have in charge.  Look at the text:

Feeling betrayed, Trump wants a second administration stocked with loyalists..... ...... no matter how much emphasis Trump put on loyalty in his first term, he found himself disappointed and frustrated when people he had hired chose other considerations over his instructions — their own reputations, future ambitions and even the Constitution.

Note the constructions "other considerations over his instructions" and  "and even the Constitution" ... that's a direct charge that DJT acted other than constitutionally ... in the English language, using that chain of assertions, with that kicker at the end, the stall was set out.

It's followed up further down by some staffer of DJT "unceremoniously cast aside". Not "dismissed for going behind his back and wrongdoing", a different construction on the same incident ... it is clear, undermining, subtle bias and I for one don't buy that that's the hand of young journo Katherine below ... the subtlety I mean.

Here's young Katherine:

... and note in her bio ... ex Washington Examiner. This is almost exactly Tracy Nelson (Ricky Nelson's kid daughter) in that Perry Mason episode I'll try to dig out ... think it was the Reckless Romeo ... in which she played precisely the young, ambitious lovely willing to do what it takes to climb the ladder (I could myself easily, there, have inserted "the greasy pole" in context ... that shows how fraught punditry can be.)

Here's another of "her" pieces from days ago:

"In his own image"?  Really? Now if our readers cannot see what I'm driving at here ... why NBC is completely unreliable as a source ... then I've not explained well early morn after awakening (0733).

In short, there's shirley another hand behind her, listed in second place ... ghosting?  Guiding?

Larger print:

Jonathan Allen is a senior national politics reporter for NBC News, based in Washington.

You don't occupy that role unless the Ed-in-Chief, beholden to the flagship's donors, and therefore by extension, to the same people as Ronna, whose pic they subtlely run to the right of that Katherine piece ... feels you're a safe pair of hands behind the kid reporter.

Dear reader ... do you see the rabbit hole I've had to go down, just to expose this? Or maybe I should have written "snakepit".

It's not our pundits' fault for including that for Tuesday ... how is anyone to know the doings of NBC or any of the MSM for that matter? But there they are, at every turn suggesting, wormtongueing ... outright lying, the bleedin' MSM.

Am I myself an unbridled Trump fan? Go to the beginning again: "To my mind, there are many negatives to DJT as Pres 47 but who else can break the nexus, show up the corrupt swamp? Vivek?"

So what's my beef?  It's the whole NBC shtick, the way they go about the slurs ... it's the whole MSM in fact, against whom yes ... I do have quite a bias, for reasons oft laid out. And exposing them soaks up so much time, it exhausts, before even getting to the vital events of the day.

Oops, quite forgot the bit about the Washington Examiner itself ... consider these two:

Uh huh ... now look at this:

You do see why we really do need to explore widely before concluding.

I Know A Remedy For Overcrowding…

Want to know what it is? It's 'stop breeding'.
When the Guardian visited the family’s home last week, Dareen was wheezing loudly while being cradled by her mother. Large patches of black mould were present throughout the property. The tops of walls and ceilings were stained with streaks of water, probably caused by damp. Airtight plastic boxes full of children’s clothes sat in the living room.

Oh, no! How did this come about?

The family moved to the privately rented flat in February 2017 and problems with damp and mould developed soon afterwards. Dareen was born last January with a hole in her heart. At five days old she was taken to hospital where she remained for nine days. “She was cold and had breathing problems. They gave her oxygen and warmth,” her father said.

Yes, it's yet another case of 'We are in cramped conditions, but why should that stop us having kids we've no room for?'

And why do they do this? Because it works:

Despite the new classification, the wait for a new home could be lengthy. Lambeth council said this was due to high demand and a severe shortage of social housing, especially homes for a seven-person household.

*sighs*

Why so quick a collapse?

Let’s just look at this question again

And here is the answer given by the supposed enemy of our society, the one people like Bodger call dangerously psycho:

And also, by definition, its entire infrastructure … putting young brainwashed girls in charge, plus retards … woe to those who invert, who call black white and white black or whatever that bible verse said.

Why so quick a collapse? Enemy undermining of course, of the foundations, not unlike the WTC buildings on 911 (see also Norway pre-WW2).

There’s no natural attrition here in the collapse … just concerted enemy action.

Ben Habib

 Cast an eye over this:

This thing about Mr. Habib ... think we need to have this discussion about where we stand on immigrants. Far be it for me to urge those in that constituency to vote for Habib... unless it is to keep an eye on him and post items on him from time to time.

I knew an Indian family and they weren't perfection, the kids, but were normal, in the western way normal. In other words ... assimilated, plus legal ... front door way two generations before.

How far back do we want them?

Methinks he might have a show, not being egregiously white and colonial, like the countryside … I do think that staying at home in high dudgeon is not the best option … what thinkest you?

Sleepwalking to oblivion

Look, dear reader, I’m really not short of wordage … a glance at t’other site shows a great deal of wordage … but sometimes, the tweets do it better … so why not?

And maybe even 👇🏻

In short … international Globopsycho runs this country and all those compromised pollies, sometimes called the political class … plus their hangers on which I call the myrmidons and karens, abetted by the blind normies … in thrall to or under the spell of Globopsycho …

… are sleepwalking our society to oblivion … where have we heard an idea like that before?

The Feminisation Of The Justice System...

The US district judge Colleen McMahon on Friday granted James Cromitie, 58, compassionate release from prison six months after she ordered the release of his three co-defendants, known as the Newburgh Four, for similar reasons. The four men from the small river city 60 miles north of New York City were convicted of terrorism charges in 2010.

Yes, it seems that these men - all the usual suspects, of course - wouldn't have dreamed of being terrorists if some undercover agents hadn't said 'Hey, buddy, fancy doing a bit of terrorism?'...

And we aren't talking about small acts here, either:

Prosecutors in the high-profile case said the Newburgh defendants had spent months scouting targets and securing what they thought were explosives and a surface-to-air missile, aiming to shoot down planes at the air national guard base in Newburgh and blow up synagogues in the Bronx. They were arrested after allegedly planting “bombs” that were packed with inert explosives supplied by the FBI.

But for Colleen, that's apparently not enough to mark them out as terrorists.

Cromitie was bought into the phony plot by the federal informant Shaheed Hussain, whose work has been criticized for years by civil liberties groups. McMahon called him “most unsavory” and a “villain” sent by the government to “troll among the poorest and weakest of men for ‘terrorists’ who might prove susceptible to an offer of much-needed cash in exchange for committing a faux crime”.

Yes, their only 'crime' is to be susceptible to incitement to terrorism. Apart from that, they are just normal American citizens... if you believe that, I've got a bridge to sell you, Colleen!

Lawrence, Cromitie’s attorney, said on Saturday he had not yet been able to reach his client, but that Cromitie’s family was very happy. “I’m obviously thrilled that Mr Cromitie will be released from prison, but still believe that his conviction was entirely the product of government entrapment,” Lawrence wrote in an email.

You know how he could have avoided that conviction? He could have said 'No, sorry, I'm not a terrorist' when the government agents came looking for a patsy.
