We’re faced, this Saturday morn, with a plethora of US news, mainly due to the midterms being 11 days away, some Brit news, around privations and arrests, plus some Canadian/Albertan news. Thinking the way to proceed is run the Brit headlines at Orphans, some American at Jstack, the bulk of the American at HQ for this a.m.

How to view all these? We could argue ad infinitum about blackpilling (we’re all doomed, I tell ye) and Data Republican (small r) in the States is saying just that (start praying) … while WW2 type Brits are saying stay calm and carry on … I’m thinking that the monsters above (govt, civil service, corporatists) are at best devoutly hoping for collapse, therefore the planned for civil war being hijacked, meanwhile inverting all decency in the public space … but at worst and more likely … planning for collapse and the aforementioned once we’re nearly into winter.
There is, of course, the naive explanation that it’s just sheer incompetence with no malice aforethought, just a whole load of richard crania above us and riddled throughout society in every key position, quite by accident … plus the great unwashed are simply as dumb as F and should not be let out unattended, let alone have the vote.
I’m assuming that you yourself have your winter and early spring sorted, enough of the folding stuff to pay and your B and C plans in place. I’m assuming that you are not going to freeze up, collapse, go out of your tiny … that you will at least keep your wits about you in this coming winter of discontent.
