I watched a video giving some background to the Llantwit storage containers. Initially these were promoted as accommodation for Ukrainian refugees, mostly women and children the locals were told. When it was approved there was a small protest demonstration which was opposed by the majority of residents, local councillors and church leaders. Now the residents have seen these monstrosities rising up above their gardens and have been told they are for "other" refugees, mostly male, they are rightly angry. The lesson is to not believe a damn word they say.
