Yes, we do need to speak of it, we’re almost all pretty disgusted with Starmer’s attempts to disrupt it … part of that is to monitor how his “far righters” jump. Ezra mentions that here:

What we have here though is a cluster of points of division. Ezra will be dismissed for being Israeli, Tommy was welcomed there, so he’s seen that way … then there are those calling him a grifter, despite Sep 13 last year.
Then we get to the ethnat versus civnat division. There’s location versus religion … is it Pakistanis and Somalians we’re down on or is it Starmer’s and Chas 3’s and the civil service’s beloved Islam?
There’s also the simple fact of raped girls, grooming gangs, that it’s unsafe for anyone walking outside, let alone females and children in general, that the PTB turn a universal blind eye to all that and instruct Plod to do likewise. Courts too. Sikh dagger length … perfectly legal for the non indigenous to carry.
Some go online and say things like:

Wot … over 4000 Plod for one rally? Almost none for the Pakistani rally? Yet these Fabians think it’s fine to carry on as it is. “Fairly” is hardly the operative word here, is it?
“The Unite the Kingdom protest It will start on Kingsway and proceed to Aldwych, Strand, Trafalgar Square, Whitehall, ending in Parliament Square. The speeches and music are to conclude by 17:30, and the assembly must end by 18:00.”
