I predicted it. I come from around that area and I know the demographics. I know why The Greens ran a campaign ad in Urdu. I know from seeing their campaign photos who they are pandering to. I know that the Muslim bloc vote is solid once the decision by those that run the community is made. I know that the non-Muslim vote cannot compete while it votes along party lines. I know that sectarian politics is now firmly entrenched in the UK. Unless the non-Muslim vote votes as a bloc, in certain areas it will be outvoted every single time . I know Labour have yet to understand that they have been abandoned by the Muslim bloc vote. Maybe in the next few weeks it will sink in.
A reminder, dear reader, that you're welcome to comment as Anon but if so, please invent a moniker to appear somewhere in your text ... it tells Watchers nothing, it does help the readers.
It’s no less depressing for being so easily predicted, is it?
