Fasttracking real Brits for healthcare

Hmmmm, was going to do similar to Julia (great minds) ... so let's look at something slightly different:

And mutilations are fun for troons.  Let alone the drugs banned or made inaccessible, whilst mRNA replicant drugs are still prescribed, before even getting onto waiting times for procedures.

Frankly, health care is getting well nigh impossible for the British person, meaning someone at least four generation living here, with roots going back centuries imho.

So the only questions remaining are how to drastically reduce the number of freeloaders, (Rupert?) and how to fasttrack real Brits.
