With something super-localised, e.g. just up your street there, the chances of a couple of hundred residents turning out is far better than having to arrange travel, plus overall numbers actoss the nation are higher. I for one might be prised out of my sbode, go up and protest … hotel, school, hospital, whatever.
And start taking direct action against the MPs and other idiots welcoming this - total boycott, shops, pubs etc to bar them, tradesmen to refuse them services, etc.?

ReplyDeleteJulia, I agree with your suggestion.In fact I'm surprised this isn't already happening. The rats need to be reminded who they work for and who pays their wages. And option is both non-violent and focussed on the ringleaders, including senior police officers and judges.
