The lowlifes in key positions

Were you to consider the factors in all three screenshots together, not in isolation:

... then it's obvious that entirely the wrong people are in key positions and are now abusing their positions ... almost as if on cue.  And the issue for us is simple ... how to reverse it.

Simple what needs doing ... far more difficult organising unherdable cats or sheep to actually think it through ... then rise. Even in that, it's all factored in.

What's the solution?
