What if you can't download the NHS app. I have a basic PAYG phone which allows me to talk to other people but not much else. Will I have to buy an overly expensive Chinese made phone so I can travel, go shopping, or get a bus, all because of a Chinese instigated pandemic? If so, does anyone know how to start a GoFundMe campaign?
