Florida Governor Ron DeSantis (R) came out with a blistering response to the Monday FBI raid on former President Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago residence, reportedly in connection with materials Trump brought with him after leaving office."The raid of MAL is another escalation in the weaponization of federal agencies against the Regime’s political opponents, while people like Hunter Biden get treated with kid gloves," said DeSantis. "Now the Regime is getting another 87k IRS agents to wield against its adversaries? Banana Republic."
Especially as Obama, US enemy n1, is orchestrating it. Obama needs to be airdropped in Kenya … without a chute.
That little squiggle between 'I' and 'L' says "for".
ReplyDeleteI view my “America watching”, to an extent, as a ‘reflection and ‘indicator’ both of what might, and usually is, happening here too. It's so much easier to see 'the obvious' when it's distant, and you're not intimately involved.
ReplyDeleteMuch as the (blatant, so obvious it should be embarrassing) manipulation and outright fraudulent vote counting in the (patently) stolen ‘election’, and ‘installation’ of a puppet regime, in The US raised the spectre that the self-same things was/is happening right here (and around the world) too. (If you try to suggest we have ‘protections’ and that the bad actors here either wouldn’t, or haven’t been doing so ... I may have to laugh in your face … or assume you’re involved).
This, the extreme partisan politicisation of law-enforcement and judiciary, the specific targetting of political opponents or even dissent is … yet again, another eye-opener.
The treatment by establishment, media and law-enforcement of President (not ex) Trump is an ‘example’ that ‘should’ make everyone start to reconsider just what they really know about a plethora of events here too.
I’ve always known the basic dishonesty of The Party selected options on which we, the people, are allowed the pretence of a voting choice. I’ve grown more and more aware over the years of just how selectively manipulated the impression/image of all involved really is.
I’m now almost at the point of assuming that almost everything we know is a lie, a narrative construct. That every crime and scandal we are allowed to hear about is probably the targetted removal of an inconvenient dissenter (or incompetent), whilst the real criminals carry on regardless in the shadows (or increasingly, in the limelight, actually bragging about it).
The realisation that, despite claims and assumptions, there is literally no difference between ‘us’ and any third-world tin-pot dictatorship. Just a pretence, a mask, a theatrical production. The third-world dictator installs who he wants, and shoots the opposition for an imaginary crime, tried in a kangaroo court. ‘We’ pretend to ‘choose’ between whichever member of the uniparty they have already decided to install (and manipulate the counting to ensure they are ‘elected’), any opposition is undermined and ridiculed by the complicit Press, a crime (usually someone else’s) is ‘found’, and they are dismissed after a trial in the court of manipulated public opinion.
That they view Orwell and Huxley as how-to guides has become somewhat of a standing joke. The depressing things is … they apparently really do. We aren’t ‘heading’ towards a 1984 Brave New World, we already live in one.
