Mark, I too would be interested in seeing whether anyone uses this procedure and the outcome. It sounds too easy and too good to be true, especially if it results in one of the creatures destroying another creature.
Without covering this debate downunder, Wiki says, about Oz: “ There are five rights which the Constitution guarantees against the Commonwealth – religious freedom, trial by jury, "just terms" compensation, free trade between the states, and protection against discrimination based on the state an individual lives in.” I need to delve and write more but am loathe to this morning, as Julia’s post is coming up and I don’t like cutting into that. So pencilling this in Saturday morning, also I need to explain one comment which did not make it through and why.
I'll be interested to see if that works

That's for the UK. But what of a place like Oz (there's no place like Oz) which has no Bill of Rights, human or otherwise.
